The catalogue is the first in Russia professinal english-russian edition, absorbing in it theoretical and practical discussion experience on history and development of new art technologies in Russia. This edition includes cultural research, made by 50 well-known western and Russian critics, theoreticians, philisophers and artists, history and bibliography of video- and media-art.

The catalogue "NewMediaLogia/Topia" is the final part of SCCA big project i n Moscow -New Media Art Laboratory. It includes educational course of the Laboratory "New MediaTopia" exhibition and "NewMediaLogia" international Symposium.
